Reminder: When paying your utility bill online, your account number should be 12 digits (00XX-00XXXX-0X) on the new Citisen Portal. Be sure to choose “Town of White Pine Utility Billing” on the Office Name drop down menu.
LGC will perform a system update for Citisen Portal on Tuesday, April 28th between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Web and IVR Services for CitiSen Portal will be unavailable during this time and will be restored once the update is complete. No impact is expected for over-the-counter credit card payments.
